Overview
We will be happy to refund or exchange unsuitable goods that are received within 14 days of the order and where goods are returned unused, in a re-saleable condition and with all packaging as new. Any return of goods after the time frame will be accepted subject to our discretion. Customers are advised to contact us whereby we shall arrange a collection as per the delivery fee.
Sholleys will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used. We strongly advise all customers upon delivery to check all items before disposing of the packaging.
Any fault during the warranty will be repaired back at our warehouse but unless the item can be physically returned to the warehouse the return fee is payable as per original delivery cost along with fee to return once repaired.
Unique 14-day money back guarantee
If for any reason, your Sholley goods are unsuitable, please return within 14 days in the ORIGINAL BOX for a refund as required. We can collect your Sholley at your convenience for which there is a small charge set as per your original delivery cost. If you have discarded the box then an extra fee will be charged. Sholleys cannot be accepted for refund or exchange if they have been used outside.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
